About Us Life's a Garden, LLC (formerly known as Mountain Vista Landscape Concepts, LLC) was forged in summer of 2002 in Phoenix, AZ. We are a landscape contractor [ROC#176487] specializing in low impact and low maintenance desert permascaping. We apply Permaculture concepts to modern landscape construction, creating unique landscapes, productive gardens and orchards, ponds and waterfalls, as well as intimate places to enjoy nature and relax.
Our proprietor, Eric, a Phoenix native, has 12 years of irrigation experience, is a certified Maricopa Master Gardener, as well as a permaculture practitioner. His hobbies are intertwined with our business - he loves to garden and build things!
Our foreman, Trevor, comes to us from his hometown of Yuma bringing 16 years of landscaping and irrigation experience, including organic gardening! Trevor has also studied plant sciences and ornamental horticulture, he would love to talk to you about your project!

Vanessa, also native to Phoenix, is the glue holding the office together and is a Master Herbalist student. She is a certified Permaculture Designer, having completed the Permaculture Design Practicum. She loves to prepare meals and teas from the treasures of the garden!
